The 2024 ECE Graduate Research Symposium was hosted by the ECE Graduate Student Association earlier in January. The Symposium is held each year and provides graduate students in the department a great way to show off their outstanding research to peers and faculty members. The finalists of this Symposium will represent the ECE Department at NC State University’s Graduate Research Symposium on April 3, 2023. Below are the finalists.
First Place – Partha Das and their presentation of “Multilevel Multiphase Drives for Fault-tolerant Transportation Applications.”
Second Place – Muhammad Abdelraziq and their presentation on “The Next Generation Public Charging Infrastructure for Enhanced Inclusion and Independent Living of Power Mobility Device Users.”
Third Place – Apoorv Agarwal and their presentation on “Solid State Transformer for a Space-critical Capacitor Charging Power Supply Application.”
Congratulations to our ECE graduate students, and good luck in the final, university-wide Symposium!
