The winner will be chosen, in descending level of importance, according to:
1) Financial need
2) Desire to practice engineering in North Carolina
2) Academic merit
3) Application and/or Interviews
Requirements:
1) North Carolina resident and Full Time Undergraduate Students
2) United States citizen
3) Enrolled in Engineering
4) Current freshmen who will have completed the academic year by the scholarship deadline are eligible.
