Texas State University’s Electrical & Computer Engineering department is looking to hire all talented undergraduate students that want to work on research and have aspirations to pursue a Graduate degree.
Their REU site consists of 6 research activities that fuse Engineering and Health-related for Smart Health and Smart City applications. The applications relate to computational engineering solutions using Machine Learning, Virtual/Augmented reality, and data analytics for children with ASD and diagnosis and people with Multiple Sclerosis. The Smart City application involves autonomous vehicle design and deep learning computational research for firefighting and first responders.
