WiscProf is designed to prepare advanced doctoral students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career scholars for success as faculty at a top research university. Through interactive workshops, panels, and mentoring, participants gain an in-depth understanding of academic careers, the faculty job market, and the realities of life as a professor. The program is fully funded, and all expenses are paid for accepted applicants. The WiscProf application opened this week and is now live on the WiscProf website.
