Our Mission

The Research Administration Team in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University is dedicated to fostering an innovative research environment. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to faculty, students, and staff in the pursuit of cutting-edge research and development. We strive to facilitate seamless grant acquisition, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage resources efficiently. By promoting collaboration, integrity, and excellence, we aim to advance the frontiers of Electrical and Computer Engineering, contributing to technological innovation and societal advancement.

Research Administration staff are available Monday through Friday during the normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Any questions and requests received after 5:00 p.m. on a given working day will receive a response during the next available business day. If the sponsor deadline is after 5 p.m., the RA deadline for submission is no later than 5 p.m. that working day.
