Please do not enter the PINS record. Upon completion of this form, a Research Administrator will make initial contact with you and create the PINS record. A minimum of 12-business-day notice is required before the sponsor deadline to allow sufficient time for ECE review, feedback, and approval by COE (4 days for ECE, 8 days for COE = 12 business days).
