{"id":12,"date":"2018-09-13T16:29:25","date_gmt":"2018-09-13T20:29:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/my.ece.ncsu.edu\/makerspace\/?page_id=12"},"modified":"2026-03-31T16:01:03","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T20:01:03","slug":"extended-hours","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/my.ece.ncsu.edu\/makerspace\/extended-hours\/","title":{"rendered":"Extended Hours"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h.p_JXASS9JB6xOy\">Extended Hours for EB2 1004 (Fabrication Space)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>12 a.m. &#8211; 8 a.m Monday-Friday;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 p.m. &#8211; midnight Monday-Friday;<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All day Saturday-Sunday.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rules<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>During Extended Hours,\u00a0there will be two machines not available: the manual milling machine, the lathe, and the Syil CNC machine. These\u00a0machines\u00a0will be physically locked to prevent usage. For safety reasons, these will not be made available when the\u00a0MakerSpace Coordinator\u00a0is not around to monitor their usage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All access during Extended Hours <strong>MUST<\/strong> follow the buddy system. What does this mean? You do not enter or use the room unless you have another\u00a0<strong>trained<\/strong>\u00a0MakerSpace user with you.
