Temporary Employees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Student workers and temporary employees are only paid for time that has been <strong>approved by the supervisor<\/strong> in WolfTime. Please familiarize yourself with the payroll schedule or make it part of your weekly routine to review and approve your direct report(s) timesheets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Time Worked and Payout (Excess Hours)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees that punch in more time than they were hired for i.e. excess hours will be paid for all time worked. If this is a recurring issue, we recommend to remind your direct report(s) of the agreed upon hours to avoid the reoccurrence of excess hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing
