Enrollment Resources:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Check Your enrollment time & Access Your Portal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Students can log into MyPack Portal to see when they will be able to start enrolling for the next term, and to make sure that they have no \u201cHolds,\u201d which prevent enrollment. Graduate students are not required to meet with their advisor prior to their enrollment start date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Students with past due debts or any \u201cHolds\u201d must be cleared by the University Cashier\u2019s Office to access MyPack Portal. The best way to contact the Cashier\u2019s Office is through their email<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are trying to register for an ECE course and are unable to enroll directly through the MyPack enrollment wizard, please submit a Fall 2026 Course Enrollment Request<\/a> form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Use the university systems to build your ideal schedule. Note that for full-time ECE graduate students, the maximum term load is 13 credit hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Course Load Limit Exceeded<\/strong>: Graduate students are limited to a maximum of 13 credits per semester<\/strong>. If you are requesting a course or research credits, you must<\/strong> make sure there is room on your schedule. If we attempt to enroll you and you are over the credit limit or have a time conflict, your request will be delayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Instructor Permission Required<\/strong>: Some ECE courses require faculty approval. Please find instructions on how to enroll below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The ECE department does not strictly enforce prerequisites. If you are blocked by a prerequisite restriction, please follow the instructor permission required instructions. If we attempt to enroll you but find a conflict (such as being over the credit limit or having a time conflict), we will reach out to ask if you are still interested in the course. Otherwise, you will simply be enrolled automatically when a spot opens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Beginning Fall 2026, all non-CSC graduate students requesting enrollment in CSC courses must use the automated registration web tool. Please do not email either Graduate Office directly for these requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n How to Request a CSC Course:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you would like to review the difference in tuition and fee rates between online and on-campus programs, please visit the University Cashier’s Tuition Page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This final day to add, drop, or swap courses with a tuition adjustment is the Census Day (the 10th day of the term)<\/p>\n\n\n\n The ECE Graduate Office will not modify student schedules after Census Day. If you must add or enroll in a course at this point, you must complete and submit a Schedule Revision Request<\/strong> directly through MyPack Portal. Please note that late schedule changes may incur additional fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
