March 2019 Journal of Innovation Call for Abstracts

Who is the Industrial Internet Consortium?

The Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC) is the world’s leading membership program transforming business and society by accelerating the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Founded by AT&T, Cisco, GE, IBM and Intel in March 2014, the Consortium’s mission is to deliver a trustworthy IIoT in which the world’s systems and devices are securely connected and controlled to deliver transformational outcomes. www.iiconsortium.org

What is the opportunity for you?

The editorial team of the IIC Journal of Innovation is accepting abstracts for consideration of the March 2019 edition and we invite you to submit an abstract for an article on an innovative IIoT topic. This is your opportunity to publish an article in a thought-leading journal that is publicly available from the IIC website, as an individual article and as part of a larger eBook. Each edition is publicized in a press release and ongoing digital marketing. We are reserving a spot for one article from academia and the author(s) of that article will be invited to present their topic to our experts at our Q1 Member Meeting taking place in Raleigh, NC the week of February 11th.

The final articles are less than 5,000 words. The abstract is a very small subset (330 word maximum) of what will become the final article.

We have extended the submission deadline for academicians only until Thursday, December 20th.

I have attached the Author Guidelines and abstract template.

Here are the details:

·         6 March: Publication

·         30 November: Deadline for submissions extended for academia to 20 December

·         18 January: Deadline for completed articles

·         Theme: Innovative Technologies

·         Submissions sent to submissions@iiconsortium.org
