Exterior Space<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you need to reserve exterior space for an event on or around NC State campuses, please consult the Space Reservation Directory<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outdoor spaces on Centennial Campus (including the EB2 Breezeway, the EB2 Oval, and the MRC Plaza) are managed by the NC State Real Estate office and must be requested using the form<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Oval Lawn is a popular outdoor venue shared by Engineering departments, campus partners, and external users. It is divided into three terraces\u2014Northern, Middle, and Southern\u2014divided by brick pathways. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note that there is limited power available on the south end, and that facilities must be contacted to mark irrigation lines prior to use of any tent stakes. Additionally, the EB2 Breezeway is the fire lane to access that space, so must be kept clear for vehicles at all times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Corner<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Centrally located on NC State\u2019s Centennial Campus, The Corner<\/a> is a shared community space built for creative collisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fixed around a constellation of four repurposed shipping containers, the open-air space is designed for gathering, collaborating and socializing. (Just another example of our campus combining function with beauty.) And everyone is welcome<\/strong>: Centennial Campus partners and tenants; NC State students, faculty and staff; and the wider community of Raleigh and Research Triangle Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re looking for a place to tackle some work, kick back with friends, connect with your team or student group, check out campus events or even host a program of your own, The Corner is for you.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Research 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Research 2 contains two different meeting rooms that can be reserved through the campus Google Calendar. Anyone with an NC State email can add the room to a calendar appointment. It will automatically decline overlapping appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

106 Research2 (RE2-106-ENGR<\/a>): seats 8 around the table. No technology present in the room.
207 Research2 (RE2-207-ENGR<\/a>): seats 10 around the table, and can accomodate another 8 guests. Projector \/ screen provided for your laptop — only accessible via HDMI cable (provided in conference table).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
