By adopting the Analog Discovery unit throughout our EE and CPE curricula, we aim to accelerate and deepen learning, and just plain have more fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Analog Discovery 2 is a portable and full-featured toolbox that can measure, visualize, generate, record, and control both analog and digital signals. It packs enough punch that it can be used to study and design the vast majority of circuits and signals in our ECE program,&nbsp;<strong>augmenting<\/strong>&nbsp;hands-on experiences with traditional desktop workstations. The required USB connection to a computer\/laptop provides both the user interface and minimum power supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A summary of the Analog Discovery 2 features and limitations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Two-channel oscilloscope (1M\u03a9, \u00b125V, differential, 14-bit, 100Msample\/sec, 30MHz+)<\/li><li>Two-channel arbitrary function generator (\u00b15V, 14-bit, 100Msample\/sec, 12MHz+)<\/li><li>Stereo audio amplifier to drive external headphones or speakers<\/li><li>Two programmable power supplies (0\u2026+5V , 0\u2026-5V).
